Xindacool can offer a wide range of international brand components, allowing for controllable overall performance of the machines. The compressor, as the heart of the refrigeration system, can be selected from brands like Copeland, Danfoss, and Bitzer. Different brands of compressors have a design life of 100,000 to 160,000 starts and stops, suitable for various load fluctuations. The screw compressor is suitable for large-power evaporative cooling units, with a single unit power ranging from 80 to 1,200 kW, and a volumetric efficiency of up to 86%, ideal for long-term uninterrupted continuous operation scenarios. The scroll compressor is mostly used in small and medium-sized condenser and evaporator units, with a single unit power ranging from 5 to 70 kW. It has a higher efficiency during partial load conditions, with an IEER value that is 15% higher than that of older rotor models. The electronic expansion valve has a 4-fold faster response speed compared to the thermal expansion valve. Xindacool prioritizes the use of electronic expansion valves in high-power units, allowing the temperature adjustment fluctuation to be reduced to ±0.7℃. The same model of the entire machine can be equipped with different brands of core components. Component changes require re-performance verification, with a review cycle of 3-5 working days. The deviation of the refrigeration capacity after component replacement is ≤4%. The full-load test of the Xindacool machine before leaving the factory lasts for 2 hours, fully verifying the coordinated working state of the compressor and expansion valve, simulating high and low pressure protection, and directly reworking if there are any abnormalities before flowing into the warehouse. Can different brands of compressors be used in the same system? It is not recommended to mix them. Incompatibility between oil supply and control logic will increase the failure rate. 2. Can the electronic expansion valve be upgraded and installed later? The old model's hardware is incompatible. Generally, the factory selection is determined and later installation is not supported. 3. How much will the purchase cost of IE4 motors be higher? Compared with the purchase price of IE3, it increases by approximately 13%. The long-term operation electricity cost savings can cover the difference. 4. Is 100% incoming material inspection provided? The compressors and controllers are 100% inspected, and the secondary auxiliary components follow the sampling inspection standards. 5. Will the warranty be affected after replacing core components? Replacing non-original factory designated components will cause the entire machine's warranty to become invalid. 6. Is the scroll compressor suitable for frequent start-stop conditions? Frequent start-stop conditions are preferred for screw compressors. The lifespan of the scroll compressor is relatively lower. 7. Can the BOM list be provided to third-party factory audits? Yes, under the condition of signing a confidentiality agreement, it can be provided to the inspection agency for verification.
