Use DL, DD and DJ coolers and FNH, FNV and FNVT condensers to start the refrigeration equipment correctly.

Initial start-up is the key stage of any refrigeration equipment. Wrong start-up may cause permanent damage to compressor, air cooler and condenser, and shorten their service life from the first day of operation.

Before supplying power to the system, a comprehensive visual inspection must be carried out. In FNH, FNV or FNVT capacitors, check whether there is packaging material, plastic or cardboard blocking the fan and coil. Check the state of all electrical connection fasteners and anti-vibration brackets.

In DL,DD or DJ cooler, check that the wings are not bent due to construction operation. Check the slope of the drain pan and the free flow through the drain pipe. If the equipment is subjected to D series hydrolysis, check that there are no obstacles on the filter, water pressure and nozzle.

The cooling circuit must pass the nitrogen seal test and the correct vacuum in advance. Refrigerant should not be loaded until the leak test is completed. According to xindacool's experience, 19% of the subsequent leaks are due to improper vacuum test at initial start-up.

The loading of coolant should be carried out according to the project specifications, and never by intuition. Overload or lack of coolant will produce abnormal working conditions in condenser and evaporator. After charging, wait a few minutes before starting the compressor.

The system should not be started at maximum power immediately. It is recommended to start the compressor gradually: start the condenser fan and air cooler fan first, and then start the compressor. This can avoid the pressure peak in expect the unexpected.

Once in operation, measure and record key values: condensation pressure, evaporation pressure, overheating at evaporator outlet, outdoor ambient temperature and indoor temperature. The target overheating of DL, DD and DJ should be between 5K and 7K.

Also check the operation of the thawing cycle. Electrolysis and D-series hydrolysis must be run in manual mode for the first time to verify whether the water is discharged correctly and there is no ice.

Don't stop starting until the camera keeps the set temperature for at least 2 hours without excessive oscillation. Many potential faults only appear after continuous operation time.
